A rookie fireman was reprimanded today for throwing a victim out of the 5th story window of a burning building. When interviewed the fireman had this to say: "I panicked. In the heat of the moment I wasn't able to keep my cool."
The victim landed on a homeless pedestrian and both survived without injury.
